Couples counselling

Couples counselling

We all dream of a happy, fairy-tale ending when we fall in love. Caught up in the emotions, we imagine that everything will always be perfect. But life simply isn't like that.

The reality is that relationships require work, and all have their ups and downs. From time to time, you have to re-evaluate expectations, plans and goals, as partners deal with each other and life’s challenges. It's essential to be able to work together and interact in a constructive and positive way.

But it's often difficult to be objective when you're in a relationship, so an outside perspective can be invaluable - and realising you need one is the first step.

The fact that you're reading this means you've already taken that step. So maybe it's now time to call in a couples counsellor to help you see clearly and find a path forward. Find out more about couples counselling: what it is, how it works, and how I can help.

Practical and results-focused

They say 'it's good to talk' but in my view it depends on who you're talking to.

And I definitely found the right person in Francesca: open, approachable, friendly and non-judgemental. She's practical and results-focused, and helped me move on from the past to concentrate on the future.

Highly recommended.
